NICO HOLDINGS LIMITED DIVIDEND

At the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 11th June 2008, the shareholders resolved that a dividend of MK 160 million be paid on the ordinary shares of the Company for the year ended December 2007.

The share register will be closed on 27th June to 28th June 2008 both dates inclusive and no transfers will be registered during that period.

All members whose names appear in the register on 27th June 2008 will be eligible for this dividend.

Payment date of the dividend is 30th June 2008.
