FINAL DIVIDEND 2008

At the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of NICO Holdings Limited held on 12th June 2009, the shareholders resolved that besides the two interim dividend of MK125 million (12 tambala per share) and MK208.6 million, (20 tambala per share) paid in September 2008 and April 2009 respectively, a final dividend of MK73 million (7 tambala per share) be declared. The total dividend paid for the year ended 31st December 2008 will, therefore, be MK406.6 million translating to 39 tambala per share.

The final dividend shall be payable to all persons registered as shareholders as at 10th July 2009.

The last day to register (LDR) will be 10th July 2009

The register of members will be closed from 11th July 2009 to 12th July 2009, both days inclusive and no transfers will be registered during that time.

Payment for the final dividend is 15th July 2009.
